"Phemton
Crossing cultures and backgrounds has always been a way to progress and define new opportunities. Essentially, this project focuses on the interaction between the home and the car industry and demonstrates how the two worlds can benefit from each other. If vehicles have been inspired by the home for a long time now, the opposite is not true. The car culture is very rich and has its own references and language form. The possibility to put our car interior at home as pieces of exclusive furniture makes us see and design interiors with a totally new approach, with every element of design having to fit in both worlds. This new approach gives us the freedom to get away from a specific scheme and enables us to use different language form or materials. I have seized this opportunity to use copper as a major element of this design." |
